How is your family life? Are you living the life you'd really like to be? Is your life filled with appreciation, caring, connection and contribution?
Life has it's ups and downs, and we all go through times where we could do with a little help along the way.
These sessions are for families who need that little extra help, not for those in deep crisis.
So if you would like to learn some new strategies, and skills, then I invite you to get out a pen and some paper and write down the following questions, and then answer them.
Draw a line on a piece of paper. At one end write 0 and on the other end write 10. Now put a mark on the scale to show where your family is right now on the scale? 0 - 10?
With zero being not happy at all, to a rating of ten being the happiest, where would you rank yours?
I invite you to reflect on these questions... and write the answers down in your journal.

What does a happy family look like?
Do you know about the happiness myth?
Did you come up with a list of things?
Next I invite you to write down a list of all your
- do you know what they are? Values are things like caring, connection, appreciation, fun, honesty,
presence, commitment. What would your top five be?
Would you like to start creating more happiness, more togetherness, more fun, communication, and more presence in your family life?
In our sessions you will explore some of the questions I have posed here, and
develop skills that will help you on the way to creating a family that you will love to come home to, to be with.
