Creating Change with Clarity and Confidence

Welcome to Port Macquarie Counselling

We all need support in dealing with the challenges that appear in life. Counselling is a positive step to help you get back on track. It's a sign of strength to reach out.

Life coaching is a supportive and empowering process that helps you create positive change and move toward the life you truly want. It focuses on the present and future - helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful steps forward.

While counselling often explores the past to support healing, life coaching looks ahead. It's about identifying what's important to you, uncovering what might be holding you back, and developing a clear, practical plan to move forward.

As your coach, I offer a safe and encouraging space to explore your goals, values, and strengths. Together, we'll look at where you are now, where you'd like to be, and what's needed to get there. I'll support you with compassion, honest reflection, and accountability - so you can create real, lasting change.

"The only limit to your impact is your imagination and commitment." Tony Robbins

Life coaching can help you:

Clarify your direction and sense of purpose

Build confidence and overcome self-doubt

Navigate transitions or life challenges

Create more balance and wellbeing

Develop motivation and strategies to reach your goals

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." Carl Rogers

Life coaching is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your potential. It's about discovering what truly matters - and taking steps toward a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.

Life Coaching for Relationships

Gottman Institute based coaching is designed to help people clarify what they want and take action toward it. In relationship coaching, the emphasis is on identifying the kind of relationships you want to build and learning the tools, mindset, and habits to make that vision real.

Sessions Include:

Understand your values and how they influence your relationships

Build stronger communication and emotional awareness

Set healthy boundaries

Develop self-confidence and emotional resilience

Navigate transitions such as dating, separation, or blended families

What Working Together Looks Like

The process is supportive, and tailored to your needs. I'll also provide you with handouts and suggested videos to watch after the session.

1. Reach Out

Give me a call to arrange an appointment. I'll ask for your email address and I'll send you through my practice information, and a client intake form to fill out and return. Payment is due when booking the session and I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

2. First Session

The first session I'll ask you to share what's bringing you to counselling. We'll identify what support would feel most helpful, and we'll begin the counselling process.

3. Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are shaped around your needs, and your counselling goals.
