Gottman Relationship Assessment - provides an opportunity to explore a range of areas that contribute to a healthy and satisfying relationship. The assessment explores friendship and connection, communication, conflict, emotional awareness, trust, commitment and other aspects of your relationship.

Your responses provide valuable information that can help us identify your relationship strengths and areas that may benefit from further attention in counselling.

My Fee Policy:

Payment is due when booking the session via internet bank transfer - I will send you my practice and payment information via email.

Cancellation fee policy: cancellation up to 24 hours prior: no fee. As it is very difficult to rebook a counselling session at late notice, cancellation within 24 hours or no attendance for the session the full amount is payable.

Please note:

You do not need a Mental Health Care Plan to work with me.

Please note: If you are seeking a formal diagnosis, medication, or support for complex mental health needs, I would recommend working with a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist - your GP can provide a referral.

Sessions:

Session Availability:

I usually have sessions available most days and am taking new clients.

Sessions are all held online. I have been offering online sessions for a few years now and clients have said how much they enjoy them, enjoy being in the comfort of their own home, and that they're more convenient. Some people love the comfort of being able to bring their pet to sessions.

What Working Together Looks Like

The process is supportive, and tailored to your needs. I'll also provide you with handouts and suggested videos to watch after the session.

1. Reach Out

Give me a call to arrange an appointment. I'll ask for your email address and I'll send you through my practice information, and a client intake form to fill out and return. Payment is due when booking the session and I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

2. First Session

The first session I'll ask you to share what's bringing you to counselling. We'll identify what support would feel most helpful, and we'll begin the counselling process.

3. Ongoing Sessions

Sessions are shaped around your needs, and your counselling goals.
