  • Then payment is due when booking to confirm your session.

    I send you an email with your link the day of the meeting, and you simply click on the link to take you to the meeting.

    For Your Session Time:

  • Find a space where you are private and free to talk openly.
  • Make sure that there are no others (including children) present.
  • Be at your computer 10 minutes prior to session. This way you can gather your thoughts and have a few minutes to yourself.
  • Have a pen and paper handy in case you'd like to make notes.
  • Be comfy, you're welcome to bring a tea or coffee to your session.
